✅ Eligibility for Refund

  • Orders are eligible for a refund only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

  • Refund requests must be made by emailing us at support@emohstore.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To process your request, please include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the damage

    • Photographs of the damaged product

🚫 Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind or incorrect orders placed

    • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery

    • Requests made beyond the 48-hour window

💳 Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
